Guy Turner
CEO

Guy Turner

Guy is an experienced environmental economist and successful social and environmental entrepreneur having built and financed a number of environmental data businesses. In his early career, Guy worked as a consultant economist supporting a range of public policies in UK and EU, covering waste, litter, air quality, energy and climate change. Guy has a BEng in Engineering, a BComm in Economics, an MSc in Environmental Policy and is a graduate of the LBS Corporate Finance Programme.

Harry Leeds
Lead Analyst

Harry Leeds

Harry specialises in designing and delivering research studies into environmental and social effectiveness. As well as working with IECR, Harry is supporting Clean Up Britain, where he conducts cost-benefit appraisals, and writes policy responses, parliamentary briefings, and correspondence with MPs and peers. He also runs fundraising for a homelessness charity in London, in a voluntary capacity. Harry studied Philosophy and Theology at the University of Bristol.

Ben Caldecott

Dr Ben Caldecott is the founding member Director of the Oxford Sustainable Finance Programme. He is an Associate Professor and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Oxford Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, a Supernumerary Fellow at Oriel College, Oxford, a Visiting Researcher at The Alan Turing Institute, and a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University. Ben is also Senior Advisor to the Chair and CEO of the UK Green Finance Institute (GFI).
